Shipping policy

All Thewoolland items listed in this shop are made-to-order.
We produce and prepare every package in 1 to 3 working days after receiving the order.

Exclusions are special personalized and customizable items and handmade mattresses and topper. For those we need 5-8 working days for production.

We ship worldwide!

For USA, Canada, UK, Australia, India and worldwide.
We mainly ship with UPS expedited courier service with tracking number.
This applies to packages with weight 2 kgs and more.
Shipping time is usually 8-10 business days.

For items weighting less than 2 kgs we use A1 posts tracked shipping (with their partners USPS and Deutsche posts). Their shipping time is 10-12 days.

For European Union (EU) countries we usually use DPD courier service with tracking - shipping time around 10 working days.
